• This event is open only to individuals who have received the Restylane® Skinboosters™ Vital Light treatment and is not intended to promote the clinics or hospitals performing the procedure.
• Participation is not possible without completing all required information.
• Personal information essential for event management may be collected, and will be securely deleted within 30 days after reward delivery is complete.
• Event details and rewards may be changed or canceled without prior notice due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.
• Rewards cannot be chosen and will be randomly assigned.
• If the monthly reward quota is reached, benefits may not be provided for the remainder of that month.
• The organizer is not responsible for delays in receiving rewards or loss of rewards caused by inaccurate personal information or issues with the shipping company.
• All rewards will be shipped in bulk after the announcement of winners and completion of personal information collection, and may be delayed depending on circumstances.
• Participants engaging in abnormal or fraudulent methods may be disqualified, and rewards may be canceled even after selection.
• Selected participants will be contacted individually. If unreachable after two attempts, the selection will be canceled.
